PRO-WILD Annual Meeting 2025 - Consortium Gathering in Vienna

From October 21–23, the PRO-WILD consortium meets at BOKU in Vienna to review progress, share results, and plan next steps.

The first Annual Meeting of the PRO-WILD project will take place from October 21 to 23 2025 at the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences (BOKU) in Vienna, Austria. This internal gathering brings together all project partners to:

  • Review scientific and technical progress
  • Share preliminary results and best practices
  • Refine strategies for crop wild relatives protection and promotion in various fields
  • Coordinate upcoming fieldwork, stakeholder engagement, and dissemination activities

The meeting plays a vital role in maintaining collaboration, alignment, and momentum across the PRO-WILD consortium as it works to enhance the use of wild and cultivated plant diversity in European agriculture.
